Lola's Multi-Allergy Cookbook
This recipe collection is for people undergoing
desensitising treatments or those with multiple allergy and
intolerance conditions. Of course, the recipes should only
be followed on medical advice.
These recipes are free of dairy products,
wheat, gluten, oats, barley, rye, triticale, spelt, corn,
soy, nuts, xanthan gum and guar gum. Sulphides and salicylates
are generally avoided or alternatives given, and food colourings
are not used.
All three of Lola's allergy books have
been endorsed by the Coeliac Society of Australia.
